Well, things are still going good. Maxwell saw the cardiologist last week and we have now been cleared to only come twice a year. Oh, the joy! That means the doctor he will see the most will be the GI, which visits were just changed to every 4 months. This sure beats where we were last year with doctors. Last year I had some kind of appointment for him almost every day. Now, I have empty days on my calender. Of course, I am only really counting doctors and not other health care providers like physical therapists and such. I must admit, as well, that after Christmas we will start seeing the audiologist more often, because now that he can eat, I want to focus on his hearing or rather his lack thereof. I would like to find out if the hearing aids work and if they don't I want another game plan. I don't have time to focus on things that aren't going to work, or maybe I do have time I just don't know it.

Sam has put in a few job applications. He is still looking for more opening around the country and will hopefully find some that are appealing to him and would put us in a place better suited for out needs. That isn't to say this hasn't been a good move. I really don't think Maxwell would have done so well if he were still seeing doctors everyday. In fact, he has calmed down enough that he didn't flip out when he had his EKG and ECHO, which when we first moved here he was still traumatized from the past year. This has been good for him, and if you can tell by the picture he can stand for at least 3 minutes (no often) at the chair before tiring out.
