School has finally let out for Abby and Maxwell (one more day at the other school though). It was nice to sleep in today. I would have slept longer but Maxwell was awake. He's had a bout of diarrhea (the first of its kind so far for him) and so I had to force myself out of bed to make sure he was clean. The last thing I need is to clean up the floor yet again. This better end by Sunday. I won't have a washing machine on the train.

The train trip is approaching fast. I have so much more to do. I finished the garden, got a new thermostat, and canned some strawberry jam. All I've got left is to pack, finish sewing Maxwell's shirts and shorts, clean, and double check everything to make sure I haven't missed anything.
