Abby is feeling better. I'm glad. Of course, she didn't wake up again, but just as I suspected would happen if I stayed up. Thanks to Sam I was able to sleep in a bit.
Yesterday Abby had a bit of gas. We have been trying to teach her to say excuse me when she lets out some air. She's got it down! Of course she wasn't talking to us. She was, ehem, saying excuse me to her butt.
This morning Abby came in and got under the covers next to me. After a few minutes she told me to look her way. She was signing "I love you". After a few more minutes she started playing with me hair and then told me, "you're as beautiful as me." I guess I won't mind her pulling my hair if she is going to tell me good things.
