Alright. That was Maxwell in the video, if you didn't guess already. He was having fun outside in his gait trainer. He got going good. It you watch closely you can see that he picks up his feet toward the end so he can 'ride'.

Afterward I took a picture of Max. I was trying to figure out why he wouldn't put his head up.



Turns out that when I turned the camera for a verticle shot he turned his head to follow.
